By accessing our website or booking/renting/purchasing our products or services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Imperialiti Global Inc. is a Canadian-based reseller and rental provider of premium table games including Subsoccer, Billiards, Pool Tables, Air Hockey, and other entertainment equipment.

1.1 Sales and Rentals

Products may be either purchased or rented. Customers must clearly specify the intent during checkout or booking.
Rentals are subject to availability and must be reserved in advance with a deposit or full payment.

1.2 Rental Terms

Rentals are for a fixed duration, as agreed upon in the rental contract.
All equipment must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, excluding normal wear and tear.
Damages caused by negligence or misuse will result in repair or replacement charges, which the customer agrees to cover.
A security deposit may be required and will be refunded after inspection post-rental.
Rental delivery/pick-up fees may apply based on location and equipment size.

1.3 Payment and Cancellations

Full payment is required before shipment or rental delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before a scheduled rental to receive a refund. Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee.
Custom or bulk orders are non-refundable after processing.

1.4 Limitation of Liability

Imperialiti Global Inc. is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused during the use of purchased or rented equipment.
Users must follow all safety guidelines and supervise children during play.

1.5 Warranty and Repairs

Sales: Warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer’s terms.
Rentals: We inspect all equipment before delivery. If issues occur during the rental, contact us immediately for resolution.

1.6 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
