Shipping Policy
We offer both shipping and local delivery options based on whether you are purchasing or renting game equipment.
2.1 Shipping for Purchases

We currently ship within Canada. International orders are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by location and product size.

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
2.2 Delivery for Rentals

Local delivery and pick-up services are available for rental bookings within our service area (Ontario).

Delivery/pick-up fees apply and are based on distance and equipment volume.

Set-up and teardown may be available for an additional fee.
2.3 Damaged or Lost Shipments

For shipped products, notify us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged. Please provide photos for evaluation.

We are not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party carriers but will assist with claims.
