Shipping Policy

We offer both shipping and local delivery options based on whether you are purchasing or renting game equipment.

 

2.1 Shipping for Purchases

• We currently ship within Canada. International orders are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

• Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by location and product size.

• You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

 

2.2 Delivery for Rentals

• Local delivery and pick-up services are available for rental bookings within our service area (Ontario).

• Delivery/pick-up fees apply and are based on distance and equipment volume.

• Set-up and teardown may be available for an additional fee.

 

2.3 Damaged or Lost Shipments

• For shipped products, notify us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged. Please provide photos for evaluation.

• We are not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party carriers but will assist with claims.
